Our Luxury Makeup Services and our ability to work well with the intricacies surrounding the numerous events a South Asian wedding holds, makes us highly sought after. *Please note, pricing is non-negotiable. Rates and fees are set based upon level of expertise, luxury services brought to you on location, the quality of products and knowledge we have. Not limited to; emails, corresponding, phone calls/text messages, invoicing etc. We provide a full "Set Up" such as professional lighting and directors chair to pamper you on your special day. It is important to us that you receive the best quality service.
Wedding Day $250 (up to 2 hours)
Reception $250 (up to 2 Hours)
Mehendi/Sangeet/Jaggo/Roka/Engagement $150 per event (up to 1 hour)
All services include false lashes of choice, luxurious skin prep, full face application, soft or dramatic look and a to-go touch up kit to keep you looking fresh throughout your event.
Bridesmaids, Family members, Guests $100 per person (this is for a basic look, not to exceed 45 minutes) if a dramatic look is desired the price increases. These rates are only if the bride is booking as well.
Trial Run we highly recommend having a trial but it is not required. The price for trial runs are the same as the day of event makeup. All trials are performed at our Makeup Studio in Flowood, MS.
Early Start Times if your event starts at or before 9am an additional $100 fee will be added.
Late Policy We understand things can happen that might cause delays. We do our best to be understanding and give a 15 minute grace period. However, A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for a scheduled time or if makeup services exceed allotted time because of client delays. After 30 minutes the Makeup Artist reserves the right to cancel appointment’s.
Additional Makeup Artist’s if you have a large party and require more then 1 Makeup Artist an additional fee of $100 per contracted makeup artist is required.
Travel Fee is based upon location you will be getting ready at. $1 per mile is charged round trip. Additional fees may apply.
Accommodations on the occasion Makeup by N.G.M. has to travel further then 1 hour to your location and you have an early start time. Or if multiple events require us to stay. Hotel accommodations will be required. The client is responsible for reserving lodging prior to the event.
Cancellations once services are contracted , appointments and amount of services can not be deducted. A cancellation fee of $300.00 will apply and be charged to the client if they cancel their wedding day services at anytime starting 7 days after Agreement is signed. Any service (bridal or bridal party) cancelled within 30 days of the wedding date will require full payment of the wedding invoice.
Contracts All Wedding Bookings require a signed contract and non-refundable deposit to secure your date. An invoice of your contract and complete total will be sent via email. Payment of deposit must be made within 48 hours of receiving your invoice using Venmo. The deposit made will apply to the wedding day services.
The person(s) scheduling and or contracting our services is responsible for all payments for the Bridal Party. The remaining balance is due no later then 1 week prior to the Wedding (via Venmo) or on the day of your Wedding/Event in Cash, prior to services. NO EXCEPTIONS
