  • Does Makeup by N.G.M Travel?

Yes! We will travel to your location on the Wedding day. Most other standard makeup services are performed in our Makeup Studio in Flowood, MS. Travel fees will apply based on location, $1 per mile (round trip). These rates will be discussed with you at the time of booking. If the makeup artist has to travel further then 1 hour for a early morning Wedding/Event, the client will be required to provide hotel accommodations on the night before.

  • Do you do Hair?

Makeup by N.G.M. is Certified in makeup, and that is our Specialty. Because of this, we do not offer detailed updo's etc. We can offer simple hairstyles in addition to your makeup application (rates will apply). We would be happy to give you recommendations for a bridal hairstylist.

  • Why should I hire a Professional Makeup Artist?

There are so many reasons to hire a professional for your special day.  We are highly trained in camera ready makeup. With in depth knowledge of the proper products for skincare, skin tone, and skin types. All products we use are long-wear and selected to suit your specific needs.

  • Do you Negotiate your Prices?

Makeup by N.G.M. does not negotiate our prices. Our pricing and fees are created by many factors. Such as level of expertise, luxury services brought to you on location, the quality of products and knowledge we have. Not limited to; emails, corresponding, phone calls/text messages, invoicing etc. We provide a full "Set Up" such as professional lighting and directors chair to pamper you on your special day. It is important to us that you receive the best quality service. We work hard to charge a fair rate while providing you with a luxury service. Please do not ask for a discounted price or rate, the answer will be No. 

  • Do you travel to Me or do I travel to You?

Our Luxury Services are brought directly to you! We do On-Location Makeup, Or you can book an appointment at our Makeup Studio in Flowood, MS.

  • How do I book your services for my Wedding/Event?

Once you decide to book, a signed contract and Non-Refundable deposit will secure your date. The remaining amount is due on or before the day of your wedding/event.  Please note that dates are booked on a first come, first serve basis. No date will be reserved until contract and deposit are received. A verbal agreement via email/phone will not be sufficient to book your date.

  • Can you accommodate a Large Bridal Party?

Yes! We can provide makeup services no matter the size of your bridal party. There will be an addition fee for contracting 2 or more makeup artist's.

  • Do you do Tattoo Cover-up?

Yes! We use various long-wear, waterproof and sweat resistant products to ensure your tattoo cover-up lasts all day. Rates for this service vary and will be determined at your trial appointment. 

  • Do you charge for Weddings/Events held on a Holiday?

Yes, there will be an addition 25% surcharge for bookings on a holiday. This amount is applied per client.

  • Do I provide my own makeup products?

Absolutely not! Makeup by N.G.M. provides all your skincare and makeup needs. We keep up on all health and sanitation requirements and use only the Best quality products on the market. However, if there is a certain product you like you are welcome to bring it and we will apply it for you.

  • What brands of Makeup & Skincare do you use?

We want only the best Luxury products for our clients. We love using products such as Laura Mercier, Dior, MUFE, Lancome, Smashbox, Bobbi Brown, MAC and many many more. We provide several different options of Lashes to choose from as well. Each pair is custom fitted for your eye-shape and desired look.   

  • Is a Trial Run necessary?

When booking for your wedding we always encourage a trial run beforehand. This ensures we achieve the specific look you desire. The fee for your trial run will be the same rate as the day of your Wedding/Event. Any other events do not require a trial run. However, you are still welcome to book one if you would like. Rates will apply.

  • Do you make Early Morning calls?

Yes, we can arrive to your location as early as you would like. Some weddings and other special events require an early start time. There will be an addition charge for makeup appointments needing to start at or before 8:00am. Rates to be determined at time of booking.
